Corn Casserole

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
1 red pepper
1 small onion
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Sauté red pepper and onion in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

Bake on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
